Siena’s Tuscan Style Clubhouse is truly breathtaking, with versille patterned floors, iron chandeliers, granite countertops, as well as Tuscan inspired artwork, architecture and finishes. The clubhouse will sit next to the tee box at the Payne Stewart Golf Club’s Driving Range, so close, in fact, the pro shop is located in the Siena Clubhouse, with a patio overlooking the driving range with ample seating and a private movable partition - great for private gatherings. A golfer could not ask for a better location.

If fitness is what you seek, check out the community fitness center with flat screens, craft rooms, meeting rooms and private meeting rooms. Curl up and relax in front of the gas fireplace and watch your favorite movie on the HD flat screen located above the fireplace. Need to know how to play gin rummy or when a movie is showing? No problem, a computer with Internet access will be provided in the clubhouse for all your internet needs.

An owners’ kitchen is also provided, so you and your neighbors can share favorite dishes while enjoying the arbor covered sitting area next to your own pool and spa. The oversized Siena Clubhouse pool will also provide you with a place to relax, play or swim laps.

If all this wasn’t enough, Siena’s own activities director will be on-site to provide scheduled activities for all of their homeowners to enjoy!
