




MEMBERSHIP PLANS - Resident Golf Membership
Available exclusively to the holder of a valid Resident Social Membership who is an owner of a single family lot within the designated “Golf-Environment” subdivisions of Branson Hills, including the age-restricted subdivision and the Golf Villas.
Eligibility: Available to residents of Branson Hills who: (a) own a lot in Branson Hills Estates or a unit in the Branson Hills Golf Villas Condominium; (b) are current in their payment of owners' association assessments; and (c) are Resident Social Members in good standing. Resident Golf Membership is limited to two owners of each lot or unit who are listed on the Deed.

Annual Dues:
a. Single Resident Golf Membership: $2,100 paid in advance monthly installments of $175.
b. Family Resident Golf Membership: $3,000 paid in advance monthly installments of $250.
Privileges:
* One Payne's Pal each calendar month; requires use each month and will not be carried forward
* 10% off the non-member published standard green fee for one round of golf for two additional daily golf guests when Payne's Pal is used, or three additional daily golf guests when Payne's Pal is not used
* Tee time reservation for one round of daily play for the Member and up to three guests, fourteen calendar days in advance
* One tennis court reservation for one hour of play for the Member and up to three guests, fourteen calendar days in advance
Advance Tee Time Reservation Policy:
Three (3) days without deposit; seven (7) days with pre-payment via credit card with a three day cancellation policy.
Limited Membership Transfer Features: After the initial 50 Charter Memberships have been sold by the Club; Founder Memberships, Charter Memberships and Corporate Memberships may thereafter be resold back to the Club on the basis of every third membership sold thereafter by the Club (i.e., 2 memberships are sold from Club inventory and then the next Resigned Member’s Membership is sold back to the Club from the “waiting list,” allowing for the availability of a new Charter Membership to be sold by the Club to a new Charter Member). On resale to the Club, the Resigned Member will receive the lesser of 80% of the current Initiation Fee received by the Club or 80% of the Initiation Fee originally paid for the Resigned Membership.
